Boreal Motors offers verified secure and easy platform where we can trade cars, meaning Boreal will handle for the transaction between clients and we are not reliable for any transactions done outside our name/offices. 2. Boreal Motors does not offer any sort of vehicle warranty for vehicles sold on the market place. However our team will ensure thorough inspection on all cars before prior listing to ensure that our vehicles conform to the mechanical standard of our sale documentation.

3. Boreal Motors will perform all necessary checks on verifying vehicle documentation, taking photoghraph and ensuring the vehicle does not have any legal icumberance that would prevent its sale

4. Boreal Motors is therefore also responsible for collecting payments, drafting sale agreements between clients and remmiting payments to sellers and overseeing a smooth transfer of vehicles listed on our platform

5. Buyers will be responsible for interpreting the information posted on our platform.

6. Boreal Motors will not be reliable for any losses incured from misconstruction of information posted on our platform

7. Borel Motors reserves the final right to add and remove the vehicle from our website we may also revise product associated with the vehicle listing to supplement remove or correct information

8. NOTE, cars posted on our platforms are not in our constant custody, therefore prior viewing arrangements have to be made and might be subject to last minute changes depending on vehicle location and availability of the sellers.
